As part of efforts to enhance the localization of medical and pharmaceutical industries, Wadi Jeddah Company — the investment arm of King Abdulaziz University — represented by its subsidiary Al-Teryaq Pharma Medical Company, signed a cooperation agreement with Modern Medical Ways Company for the distribution of medical products. The agreement was signed on Sunday, May 25, 2025.
Al-Teryaq Pharma Medical Company, one of Wadi Jeddah’s key subsidiaries, aims to transform research outputs into impactful medical and economic products by developing, registering, and marketing a wide range of healthcare products, including medical, pharmaceutical, and herbal items.
Professor Dr. Nabeel Abdulhafiz Al-Hakami, General Supervisor of Al-Teryaq Pharma Medical Company, emphasized that the primary goal of this strategic partnership is to actively contribute to the development and localization of medical and pharmaceutical industries in the Kingdom, in close collaboration with the private sector. He noted that through this partnership, the company seeks to introduce high-value medical and pharmaceutical products to the Saudi market, marking the beginning of numerous joint projects in the healthcare sector that will further strengthen the Kingdom’s medical and pharmaceutical security.
For his part, Mr. Abdulrahman bin Tariq Al-Shehri, General Manager of Modern Medical Ways Company, expressed his pride in this strategic partnership with Al-Teryaq Pharma Medical Company. He reaffirmed his company’s commitment to collaborative efforts in developing and localizing high-value medical and pharmaceutical products, aiming to achieve shared success that benefits both the nation and its citizens.
